ReformIT LLC is backed by more than two decades of hands-on experience across information security, IT infrastructure, network operations, systems administration, and technical leadership. My experience spans small-business environments through complex enterprise and multi-campus organizations.
My background includes cybersecurity risk assessment, CVE analysis, endpoint detection and response, firewall and network security, incident response, security monitoring, systems administration, backup and disaster recovery, and security policy development.
I have managed and supported environments utilizing technologies including Microsoft 365 and Entra, Windows Server, Linux, Palo Alto, Cortex XDR, Arctic Wolf, Darktrace, Nutanix, VMware, Active Directory, Veeam, network monitoring, RMM platforms, NVR/CCTV systems, PowerShell, KQL, and security tools across the modern IT stack.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
My career has progressed from hands-on Tier II/III technical support and infrastructure engineering into IT management, Director-level technology leadership, and Information Security Analyst responsibilities. I have managed enterprise infrastructure, supervised technical teams, led technology projects, evaluated vendors and security solutions, coordinated security-risk remediation, and supported organizations across multiple locations.
My security experience includes CVE-based risk assessment, EDR remediation, firewall and network-security controls, NIST 800 and GLBA support, security documentation, incident-response coordination, and security-risk mitigation.
